The tomato sauce industry is one of the products that are in great demand during periods of unavailability of tomato crops or price increases. In order to maintain the health and nutritional conditions of tomato sauce and its derivatives, it is treated with an absolute sterilization system known as commercial sterilization, while preserving as much quality of food as possible, including color, taste, consistency, nutritional value and suitability for consumption. The proposed project can be implemented near or in the rural areas that are characterized by the cultivation of different types of tomatoes. The same projects can also be established near the areas of newly reclaimed lands and away from the main transportation network so that these areas are distinguished by the abundance of tomato crop production.
